6 ways to deal with anxiety using Feng Shui

It is no secret that we live in a stressful world, especially in 2020.

Over the years, anxiety, depression and stress levels have raised tremendously, bringing health problems to all of us.

These issues have to do with our lack of self-care, chemical imbalances in our bodies, gut and other health problems, as well as social and work pressure.

They also have to do with the energy imbalance in our bodies and in our spaces, since our environments have a direct impact on our own energy and well-being as well.

Feng Shui can also be applied to help you bring your stress and anxiety levels down, creating a balance in your life as well as in your home.

Here are 6 tips that I use for my own Feng Shui and that you can also use to improve your energy and lower your own anxiety:

∞ Balance the energy in your spaces

Albert Einstein said:

“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”

An organized home and office are very important for a good energy flow since the 9 sectors of our home have a direct impact on our own energy and well-being.

We have the power to create our own destiny by moving correctly the energies in our environments.

This is how Feng Shui was created and over thousands of years has been proven to work creating amazing results for those who practice it mindfully and correctly.

∞ Follow your natural energy flow

Do not push yourself to feel better fast and easy, instead,  allow yourself to feel and heal.

We all go through tough moments in life and self-care is key in order to have good Feng Shui.

∞ Filter the information that you get to see

Wether it is in social media or in any tv show on Netflix, filter the information you get to see on your screens so you won’t increase your stress levels and your anxiety.

∞ Surround yourself with people that add up to your life!

Runaway from the negative people! It is okay to let go of those that do not add up to your life anymore.

Get a great support system from family and friends, as well as from a psychologist or a therapist if you need one.

There is nothing wrong with therapy, and as a matter of fact, it is a great way to help take care of your energy and mental health.

∞ Reprogram your negative thoughts

What you think you become, what you feel you attract, what you imagine you create”
– Buddha

Our thoughts have a direct influence and impact on us, on our health and on our behaviour.

If you are a person that constantly thinks negatively, try to replace your negative thoughts for positive ones.

You can do so by practicing gratefulness, meditation, yoga, and also becoming more mindful of how you talk about/to yourself, as well as how you behave in life.

Science says that we can reprogram our brain and thoughts, therefore, take advantage and start to incorporate good thinking habits into your everyday life.

Be kind to yourself in a conscious way!

∞ Eat well and mindfully

Remember that food is the energy that we put into our bodies.

We are what we eat, therefore, if you are feeling low and anxious treat yourself with good quality healthy food so the energy in your body flows in a better way.

Our life is a direct reflection of our own home. We cannot feel good in a messy home, and in consequence, a pristine home gives you a pristine life
